My Story

I grew up thinking no one understood me. I felt different from everyone else because I was different. Being an empath and silently enduring early childhood trauma culminated in sequelae that affected my entire life.  My empathic nature was coupled with psychic gifts, that until my early twenties, remained hidden and unfathomable.

However, as Tony Robbins says: “Stuff doesn’t happen TO you, it happens FOR you.”  We are here on Earth School to learn the lessons we haven’t mastered in previous lifetimes. We can succumb to the weight of our troubles and drag them through life like a heavy backpack, or we can learn and practice techniques to overcome, accept and move on from those obstacles, by shifting our operating system into our heart space. 

I have immersed myself in every spiritual modality I could find…but only when the Universe deemed me ready. One day I noticed a spiritual business brochure outside a shop I had been walking past obliviously for five years, and my life changed.  From that moment on, I sought every class, workshop, course, healing modality, and spiritual offering that was available to me.

While I continue to stumble, walk or run along on my spiritual healing path, I endeavour to support clients on their healing journeys, in whatever way that is appropriate for them. I believe that our passages through life may be similar, but they are never identical.  Even if the same experiences of abuse, abandonment or other traumatic events happen to us, how we respond is different. If you are drawn to consult me, it is because the Universe placed me on your path, just as they placed that brochure on my path decades ago.
